The company manages a broad range of talent, including hosts, musicians, and entertainers. Providing a complete ecosystem for content creation and event management, Merry Bees can conceptualise, plan, and execute your event from start to finish.

**Role Description**: The Digital Media & Events Executive is responsible for coordinating creative and production projects and managing events with clients, vendors and internal staff for the organisation. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Singapore. This personnel will work collaboratively with a team of event planners, coordinators, and technical staff to deliver high-quality videos and events that meet the needs of Merry Bees' clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Graphics/Digital Media/Animation/PR/Communications/New Media/Broadcasting and Television or other related fields.
- Keen interest in graphic design, animation, digital media and videography.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and persuasive capabilities.
- Proficiency in English is essential. Able to speak Mandarin and other languages a bonus.
- Minimum of one year of related experience, with a track record of success in previous video projects or event-related roles.
- Good communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Workspace, PP/FCPX, AE, Canva, Capcut, etc.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to accommodate changing priorities and client requirements.
- Open to weekend shifts and duties

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
