Mill Assistant

Planning: 1. Assists managers in making the annual and monthly operating budget based on the annual operating plan. 2. Assists managers in implementing the annual and monthly operational plan into daily operational plan and adapt them to the estimated processing and maintenance. Operational: 1. Processes and Coordinates all processing and maintenance assistants to ensure all plant operations work (processing and maintenance) goes according to SOPs and set targets. 2. Ensures all material required by the assistants are always available at the warehouse and they are used optimally. 3. Directs and ensures that all operational work are done to support the achievement of quality and plant throughput per set targets and capacity. 4. Coordinates assistants to work in synergy to create a harmonious working atmosphere. 5. Works closely with the managers and lab assistants in analyzing and assessing the quality of FFB and the achieved processing results and taking corrective measures that need to be followed up 6. Creates a schedule for replacement/additional machine units (non-recurrent and capital) in order to avoid stagnation in the production process. Administration: 1. Creates reports and recommendations to the managers to repair machinery that cannot be done in the workshop 2. Performs daily posts for all operational work in accordance with the authorization in the system. 3. Performs cost control by comparing and analyzing actual cost with the set budget and provides necessary comments. 4. Reviews and approves all goods requests for the needs of processing and maintenance stations. 5. Checks and signs the entire processing daily reports, daily maintenance reports, laboratory reports, and material usage reports 6. SPL and signed the overtime list 7. Approves and signs Warrant Overtime Form (SPL) and overtime list. 8. Assists supervisors in reviewing all monthly reports to ensure the accuracy of the reports that will be sent to the management. Supervising, Monitoring, and Coaching: 1. Monitors and ensures all the processing and maintenance are done according to standards and SOPs that have been defined. 2. Monitors the condition of the machines and make sure they function and achieve set capacity and assigned maintenance assistants to perform necessary repairs 3. Monitors and ensures the quality of production and losses in all places are well controlled 4. Monitors and ensures the throughput achieved according to set standards 5. Monitors and ensures the use of materials for all process and maintenance activities are controlled and matched the set standard. 6. Shares knowledge and skills to his/her subordinates and/or co-workers. 7. Implements monitoring and provide regular feedback on the work of his/her subordinates. 8. Implements Healthy and Safety Occupation ( K3 ) in the workplace. 9. Performs other duties as instructed by his/her supervisors.
