**About the Role**

You'll simulate real-world cyberattacks, collaborate with blue teams, and support red team operations to ensure threats are proactively identified and mitigated.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct black-box, gray-box, and white-box penetration tests on networks, web apps, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
- Simulate adversary techniques and responsibly exploit vulnerabilities.
- Produce detailed technical reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with defensive teams to validate fixes and perform re-tests.
- Support red teaming, social engineering, and adversary emulation scenarios.
- Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and testing methodologies.
- Stay updated on latest exploits, CVEs, attack vectors, and threat actor techniques.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- Experience as a Penetration Tester or Offensive Security Consultant.
- OSCP or equivalent hands-on offensive security certification.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, protocols, and cyberattack techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Kali Linux.
- Familiarity with cloud security testing (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in compliance-driven assessments (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and NIST frameworks.
- Exposure to red teaming or threat hunting.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security consulting.
