**Beauty Training Specialist**

**Focus**: Skincare & Aesthetic Treatments

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product knowledge & treatment training (e.g. facials, body therapies)
- Teach retail & consultation techniques to beauty professionals
- Deliver engaging workshops, refreshers & advanced training
- Provide technical support, materials, and post-training coaching

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, SKM preferred)
- 3-5 years’ hands-on experience as a beauty therapist
- Training experience highly preferred
- Proficient in **Mandarin & English**

**Hair Care Training Specialist**

**Focus**: Professional Hair Products & Treatments

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train salon professionals on haircare product lines, treatments & protocols
- Demonstrate styling techniques and usage of tools/equipment
- Support product launches and educate on scalp/hair science
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive performance

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hairdressing or equivalent certification
- 3-5 years' experience as a hairstylist or salon trainer
- Strong knowledge of scalp care, treatment procedures, and salon operations
- Proficient in **Mandarin & English**

What’s Offered:

- Basic salary RM4,500-RM6,000
- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm)
- Year-end Saturday events (Nov & Dec only)
