To handle costing and billing for shipments and documentation.
- Create & monitor shipment arrangements (import & export) with
- overseas agents, customers & operations team
- Entertain customer's enquiries on product & services
- To adhere customer’s standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Support Sales Inquiry such as quotation preparation
- Manage and update list of Clients assigned regularly and promptly.
- To liase with product team to improve operational workflow.
- To provide general operational support.
- Assist Customer Service handling shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading)
- Preparation of import/export invoices.
- Verify supplier’s invoices.
- To ensure data, records and filling are kept up to date.
- Other import/export documentation related works.

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Freight Services/Logistic industry.
- Required skill(s): Documentation, Customer Service, logistic knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (English, Mandarin,Malay)
- Result driven and self independent
- Willing to work at Taman Botanic, Klang
- Able to start immediately is an advantage
- Computer literacy and competent Microsoft excel
- Fresh graduates/Experience in administration are encouraged to apply.
- STPM/Certificate/Diploma or above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
