The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a range of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, purchasing and performance management. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintaining a productive and compliant workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Handle pre-employment checks and documentation.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and facilitate the joining formalities.
- **Employee Relations & Engagement**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Coordinate internal communication regarding HR policies, updates, and events.
- **HR Operations & Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or personnel files.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure timely documentation and filing of HR documents.
- **Compliance & Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
- Help implement health, safety, and welfare policies.
- Assist with audits and reporting for statutory compliance.
- **Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing feedback.
- Coordinate training sessions and performance improvement plans if needed.
- **Purchasing roles a**s to be responsible for supporting the procurement activities by processing purchase orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role helps manage vendor relationships, track orders, and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- HR and admin works: 2 years (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English and Malay (required)
