Manage daily accounting operations activities such as processing transactions, issuing cheques, monitoring invoices, updating ledgers, cash flow etc.
- Prepare financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payable, receivables and purchase orders.
- Assist and provide financial information in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, audits, tax computations, financial statements, and others.
- Manage payroll activities and salaries.
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers, contractors, and any other external parties/vendors as necessary.
- Create payments and verify deposits, as well as other transactions conducted through the company's bank account.
- Assist in the creation of financial reports and the closing of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wangsa Maju: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
