**OBJECTIVE**:
Manage high-efficiency video production to create captivating content, using innovative editing techniques and AI tools to enhance Jolicare’s brand presence and establish a meaningful connection with our audience on social media and other platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Content Creation and Editing**:

- Create engaging video content, ensuring that the quantity, quality, and efficiency of videos produced meet Jolicare's high standards.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to increase editing productivity, quantity, and output.
- Incorporate graphics, sound effects, and subtitles to produce compelling video narratives.
- Align video production with brand identity and marketing strategies.

**2. Brand and Engagement Optimization**:

- Develop strategies to optimize video content for audience engagement and virality.
- Analyze video performance outcomes and proactively suggest improvements.
- Proactively upskill to enhance video outcomes, focusing on quantity, efficiency, and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve video creation & editing techniques.

**3. Production Management and Technical Expertise**:

- Direct and record videos tailored to audience behavior to increase engagement, virality, and brand recognition.
- Manage the studio setting and equipment setup for high-quality video and photo content creation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of video projects aligned with scheduled campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in social media video editing.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Capcut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, with Adobe After Effects as an added advantage.
- Fluent in both English and Malay (written and spoken).
- Experience in recording video footage and photo shooting is an advantage.
- Experience in mass-producing or content multiplying for social media, with a strong understanding of audience behavior to enhance engagement, is highly valuable.
