**1.0 Job Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in managing the line whenever necessary or when instructed and to drive operators to achieve satisfactory levels of machine utilization and efficiency with mínimal downtime.
- Highlight any high fallout issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
- Achieve daily production standards set by the Manufacturing Supervisor and Manager.
- Able to identify and develop potential operators to handle the right equipment at the right time, and motivate them to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor and update the hourly production status.
- Oversee the CIQ system and ensure proper implementation on the production line. Ensure all work meets or exceeds required standards.
- Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, and closely follow up on all actions taken.
- Maintain up-to-date records of common production reports.
- Act as a moderator between management and the operational team for daily tasks.
- Conduct audits related to 5S, compliance, safety, and other production-related standards.

**2.0 Job Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in Business Management or a related program.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficient in operating a personal computer, including use of Windows-based operating systems and related software
- Advanced PC skills.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aids.
- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Proficient in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
