**(Part-Time & Remote) Account & Admin Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable, staff claims, and vendor payments on time.
- Assist with debt collection, including following up with clients and liaising with lawyers when necessary.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative records (digital & physical).
- Provide general admin support as directed by management.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting and admin processes.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Prior accounting/admin experience is an advantage.

**Benefits / Terms**
- Allowance: starts from RM500/month
