Position: Declaration Clerk/ Assistant
Location: Setia Alam Sun Suria Forum, Shah Alam

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit custom declarations ( K1 - K9, ZB1, ZB2 ) via EDI systems
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian custom regulations and port clearance procedures
- Liaise with custom officers, shipping agents, and internal department
- Maintain accurate documentation and filling for import/export shipments
- Verify tariff codes and calculate applicable duties and taxes
- Monitor declaration status and follow up on approvals or discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
- 1-2 years experience in forwarding or shipping preferred.
- Familiarity with customs forms and procedures ( especially K1 - K9 )
- Knowledge of EDI and DG online system is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM2500 to RM3000

EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Performance based bonus.

Working Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am-6pm; Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
