**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and ad-hoc packing activities.
- Document filing to be properly done.
- All incoming goods must be verified against the Purchase Order before receiving. Once confirmed on the Purchase Order, acknowledge receipt of goods and date it.
- Conduct inspection on all Incoming goods in accordance to Acceptance Quality Level (AQL).
- All products received must marked/tagged using Material Labels (ML).
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice.
- Accomplish any task/responsibility assigned.
- To ensure incoming goods / shipments are properly unloaded from the transporter and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice and carry out put away process.
- Inform HOD when receiving of damaged or shortage of quantity goods immediately.
- Prepare arranging and stacking of goods.
- Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery
- Ensure correct modification is done is required.
- To check strictly on returned and rejection goods.
- Ensure products are protected with proper packing material & method before delivery.
- All picked invoices to be recorded in the delivery record book and to be acknowledge by the person who delivers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification is SRP, SPM or STPM.
- Required Skills: Inventory & Analytical
- Good communication and able to work closely with internal customer, external customer and subordinates (warehouse/logistics/sales).
