IT Internship

**Position Overview**

The **Data & Operations Analyst Intern** will support the CEO Office and Project Management team in managing and analyzing operational and compliance data from across Careclinics’ network. This role offers hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and operational process improvement within the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in data entry, cleaning, and analysis of clinic compliance and operational data.
- Generate monthly dashboards and summary reports using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
- Support the creation of data visualizations, charts, and presentation materials.
- Maintain and update key data trackers and internal reporting tools.
- Conduct short research or benchmarking studies related to healthcare operations and process improvement.
- Prepare visual and analytical reports for monthly updates to the CEO.
- Participate in data-driven discussions to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO Office.

**Learning Objectives**
- Gain exposure to healthcare data analysis and reporting within Malaysia’s General Practitioner (GP) industry.
- Develop proficiency in Excel and Power BI for healthcare analytics and performance monitoring.
- Learn to translate data insights into actionable operational improvements and business recommendations.
- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s degree** in **Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**; knowledge of **Power BI** or **Google Data Studio** is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a responsible and confidential approach to data handling.
- Prior exposure or academic experience in **healthcare management** is an added advantage.
