Internal Lawyer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the company's legal strategy to protect corporate interests
- Oversee legal services execution in alignment with company objectives
- Review all documents, contracts, and legal environment changes to assess policy impact
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide expert advice on legal, company secretarial, regulatory and compliance matters
- Participate in negotiations; draft and review agreements while managing legal documentation
- Assist with company secretarial functions and manage external lawyers/third parties
- Monitor legal/regulatory changes affecting business operations
- Establish compliance framework including implementation, reporting and remedial actions

**Requirements**:

- Law degree or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Full professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- End-to-end contract management experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player who meets deadlines without compromising quality
- Proactive with ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable to cross-regional/cultural communications
