Memastikan barang yang betul masuk ke warehouse sama seperti yang tertulis di CN 3. Memastikan kontena yang di minta masuk sebelum kargo masuk ke warehouse 4. Memastikan kargo masuk ke kontena yang betul sama seperti di dalam List 5. Memastikan kargo di dalam gudang berada dalam keadaan tersusun 6. Memastikan kargo di letak di tempat yang yang betul mengikut gred A, B dan C di dalam warehouse 7. Memastikan kelengkapan seperti pemandu forklift dan buruh cukup. 8. Memastikan kargo telah dikeluarkan sehari sebelum lori sampai. 9. Membantu tugas-tugas kerani kanan dalam tugasan harian. 10. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Eksekutif Gudang dari semasa ke semasa.
