They primarily produce **reliable tools** for the **power tool**industry, with their **headquarters based in the USA**. Their company is located at **Pekan Nanas, Johor.**

**1. Production Management**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff in the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure production schedules are met by managing resources and resolving any issues that may cause delays.
- Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure that all production operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Address and resolve any employee conflicts or grievances that may arise on the production floor.

**3. Quality Assurance**
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that the products meet the company’s high standards of reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to identify and address any product defects or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

**4. Continuous Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.

**5. Inventory and Resource Management**
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available for production while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Optimize the use of equipment and machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and mínimal downtime.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including daily output, labor utilization, and material usage.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all production activities, including maintenance logs and incident reports.
- Report any production issues or deviations to senior management and suggest corrective actions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the power tool or engineering industry.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
