Key Responsibilities -Plan, organize and manage warehouse systems and activities, monitor and control on all incoming and outgoing delivery; -Optimise warehouse space, planning, and organizing day-to-day inventory and control process to ensure smooth operations; -Maintain high level of safety and housekeeping; -Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment at a high state of readiness; -Manage timely inventory updates, FIFO, cycle counting and stock accuracy; -Analyse inventory data and produce accurate and timely reports; -To lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily warehouse activities and close monitoring on the high level of accuracy in receiving, storage, retrieval, order preparation, and distribution to internally or external parties; -Coordinate with other departments on matter like delivery, sampling, sorting, rework and etc; -Plan on storage layout and responsible in warehouse space management; -Ensure all the warehouse documentation processes are on timely and accurate; -Manage and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of overall warehouse activities; -Ensure warehouse goods and equipment’s are well maintained and accordance to safety requirement at all times; -Manage, monitor, recommend and implement corrective process and procedure to reduce any potentially on misappropriation of inventory; -Coordinating transportation for products' deliveries, drivers' delivery routes and schedules; -Ensure efficient movement of goods in compliance with company's policies, procedures and local statutory regulations; -Liaising with transporter for products delivery and schedules; -Responsible for stock count and variance report. Competencies: -Degree in Warehousing / Logistics and Transportation, Business Administrations or equivalent; -Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations with experience in supervising small warehouse team; -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; -Team player and must be able to work independently; -Mature and possess strong leadership skills to lead and guide team; -Proficient in English and computer literate.

These team members are the one who run our infrastructure spanning 250,000 square feet of frozen and ambient warehouse operations and over 110 fleet sizes of delivery vehicles. We cover over 10,000 direct outlets and generating an annual sales volume of RM500 million. We still remain as a family owned business but we are one of the largest local corporations in the FMCG industry.
