Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records & Stock Take
- Handling of all administrative works which would include report, invoicing, stocks controls.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits.
- Record any discrepancies in inventory and report to supervisor.
- Assist in receiving incoming goods, checking them against the purchase orders.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy of details.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bill of lading and other required paperwork.
- Provide support to the warehouse team when needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the warehouse clerk operations is beneficial.
- Experience with data entry, document management, and customer service is valuable.
- Able to identify and resolve issues related to delivery orders, invoices, and warehouse operations.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in data entry, filing, and document management.
- Experience with software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar programs.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
