We are now building a high-performing team and are seeking an **in-person Administrative Assistant Intern** who is **proactive**, **willing to learn**, and highly organized to support HR, finance, and general administrative functions.
As an **Administrative Assistant Intern**, you will gain practical, hands-on experience supporting HR tasks, finance operations, and general administrative activities. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth daily business functions and gain exposure to multiple areas of business management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the company's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Support**:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Help with employee record-keeping and maintaining HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and assist with benefits administration.
- Manage employee leave requests and attendance tracking.
- **Finance Support**:
- Process and organize invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
- Help track petty cash and support bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in preparing financial documents for auditing and tax filing.
- **General Admin**:
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
- Handle communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist with organizing and filing office documents and records.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Background in HR, accounting, or any related field.
- **Proactive attitude** with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A **willingness to learn** new tools and processes.
- Able to commit to at least 3 months (internship to be conducted in person).
