**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of the mall premises. This role involves managing a team of cleaners, scheduling tasks, ensuring quality control, and making sure all cleaning activities meet safety and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across all areas of the mall, including restrooms, common areas, food court, entrances, and walkways.
- Assign duties to cleaning staff and ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; request replenishments as needed.
- Provide training to new staff and continuous guidance to existing team members.
- Handle disciplinary issues, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and mall policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security departments when necessary.
- Prepare shift rosters and manage time-off requests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Cleaning Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a commercial or mall setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-site supervision in a large indoor environment.
- May involve standing or walking for extended periods.
- Use of cleaning machines and equipment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
