**Your Contribution**:

- Lead a group of manufacturing operators and responsible for the manufacturing and mechanical processes.
- Ensure that production lines run without any problems, minimum downtime, products are manufactured to a required quality standard and adheres to customer/safety/industry-related regulations.
- Team Supervision and Motivation: Supervise and motivate a team of manufacturing operators to ensure alignment with key performance indicators such as quality, productivity, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and profitability. Provide guidance, support, and communication of policies and procedures.
- Technical Issue Resolution: React promptly to technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production operations.
- Collaboration and Support: Interface with engineering and other support function groups to resolve production issues, ensuring smooth coordination and effective problem-solving.
- Production Management: Monitor and analyze production performance, compile data, and provide manufacturing information to management. Schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet production targets and timelines.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure conformity of product requirements, proactively address quality issues during production, and implement corrective actions. Manage employee training to meet standard operating procedures and enforce adherence to 5S and total productive maintenance practices.
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and processes, incorporating ideas and recommendations from employees, to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum a Diploma in any related field.
- 5 years related working experience in production and mainly as a mechanical technician.
- Good mechanical knowledge.
- Optical Glass material/production knowledge.
- Knowledge in SAP & ISO system.
- Technical skills of SPC, TWI, Problems solving, SPO
- Good communication, data and computer literacy skills.
- Good in people management skills.
