**JOB PURPOSE**

The Retail Executive is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager to carry out overall sales and operations of the store which includes sales, customer service, inventory management, etc

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To meet or exceed monthly personal and branch sales goals.
- To serve and assist customers in a professional and efficient manner from end to end by greeting customers, helping in take order process, answering questions and addressing concerns, recommending products or merchandise to help customers, closing sales & up sales, directing them to make payment, warranty and testing, and etc.
- To handle and resolve customer comments or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To assist branch manager in carrying out various in-store activities and events, such as introducing our membership program, promoting monthly promotion items, etc
- Ability to create an attractive visual display for the shop; enhance the aesthetic appeal of racking displays, counters, and in-store display.
- Others Ad Hoc Tasks as assigned by the Superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (preferable)
- Computer literate with good communication & presentation skills.
- 3 years of working experience in retail operation is preferred for this position.
- Customer-oriented and good sales skills.
- Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
