_**Data Entry and Record Keeping**_
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all transactions (full scope - GL, AR, AP) and other accounting-related data.
- Maintain organized records and supporting schedules for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting records by verifying their accuracy.
- **Proficiency in Autocount System and Microsoft Excel**_
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Auto Count for data entry, data extraction and reporting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- **Assist in Financial Reconciliation**_
- Support the preparation and reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Strong experience in accounts reconciliation would be an added advantage.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience as an Accounts Assistant/Book keeper.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Autocount System.
- Ability to speak and understand Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Able to work at Hicom Glenmarie Industrial area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
