**Responsibilities**:
1. Answering phone call and directing to related person
2. Assist management related matter as and when needed.
3. Manage day to day office administration.
4. Assist all program and services that related to company’s Admin duty.
**Job Duties**:
1. Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly, then assist in clerical needs.
2. Takes and delivers message to respective staffs in the company.
3. Welcomes customers and visitors and directing them appropriately.
4. Maintain strict confidentiality of all business information.
5. Keeping the office secure and allowing in only authorized people.
6. Liaise with Courier Company for delivery of company’s mails or letters.
7. Recording incoming mails, letters or parcels and circulating mails, letters or parcel to respective staffs.
8. Support daily Admin task and duties.
9. Support senior in paper works.
10. Maintain safe and clean Admin Department by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
11. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
