Currently, we are looking for internship students for the October intake to be placed in Purchasing department.
- Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO) for materials and supplies.
- Support the purchasing team in shipment activities and logistics coordination.
- Assist in tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and manage communication with suppliers.
- Work closely with the purchasing team in daily operational activities, including inventory management, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning.
- Help with documentation and filing related to purchasing transactions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
