2. At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

1. Assistant Manager (AM) shall be responsible and manage Section organization by directing and coordinating the day-to-day lines to ensure that the production supports the company's overall strategy and goals to include:
i. Ensures all Production Operation safety regulations and environment goals are met;
ii. Provides direction and structure for operating units by leading, overseeing, training and motivating a team of all direct labours including Section/Unit leaders to review production schedules, determine work force requirements, and monitoring production to ensure all production output targets are achieved;
iii. Implements programs and recommend changes to improve quality, reduce costs and ensures all production quality goals are achieved;
iv. Ensures all customer delivery deadlines and goals are met;
v. Troubleshoots production problems and takes preventive or corrective action.

vi. Plans production work to fulfill current or forecasted orders for all assembled parts.

2. Assistant Manager (AM) shall be responsible to organize, formulate and execute short and long-term Stamping line and Maintenance operation plans and strategy in the Company.

3. Responsible to provide leadership and direction to the Production organization.

4. Assistant Manager (AM) shall work closely and interacts well, ability to multi-task, flexible and in a positive manner working with other relevant departments: Customer Support, Materials, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Purchasing/Import Dept. for taking immediate action and to resolve any quality or delivery issue within a shortest possible time.

5. Plans, directs and co-ordinates the Stamping organization activities to manage and implement the programs from customer order to final operational stage.

6. Manages utilization of plant equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet key performance targets and objectives.

7. Improvement of production yield and production efficiency; prevention of equipment downtime.

8. Develop and plan an assembly equipment preventive maintenance schedule.

9. Trains, develops, guidance and motivate all direct subordinates in the Production Operation Department.

10. All other related duties and job responsibilities that are assigned to you by your superiors.

11. Task that specified in Quality Management System

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
