- Shipment coordination with suppliers, vendors, third-party logistics and customers;
- Assist in general office administrative matters;
- Filing in proper documentation in a timely and accurate manner;
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior when required from time to time;
- Able to communicate and write in BM and English;
- Proven experience in Sales / Procurement or relevant role;
- Computer Literacy - Ms Office;
- Understanding of sales, procurement and negotiating techniques;
- Fast learner and passion for sales;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Attention to Detail;
- Hardworking with positive attitude;
- Knowledge in SQL added advantages
