**Role Overview**

As our **Sales & Marketing Manager**, you will be the driving force behind Swimology’s growth and brand presence. You will create and execute strategies to attract new clients, retain loyal swimmers, and position Swimology as the leading choice for swim training and performance enhancement in Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Management**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and enrolment targets.
- Build partnerships with schools, sports clubs, corporate wellness programs, and swimming associations.
- Manage client relationships and close deals for individual, group, and corporate packages.
- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

**Marketing & Branding**
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote Swimology’s programs, from learn-to-swim to elite performance training.
- Collaborate on content creation, including athlete features, testimonials, and training videos.
- Organise events, swim clinics, and open days to showcase Swimology’s unique facilities and expertise.

**Leadership & Coordination**
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to deliver results.
- Work closely with coaching and operations teams to align promotions with training schedules.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective spend and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **4-5 years’ experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and running impactful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of both offline and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Sports marketing or aquatics background is a plus.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
