Telemarketer Executives

**Job Summary**:
The Telemarketing Executives will require to perform their call centre duties as Telemarketeers at their division to extend our services to a list of qualified prospects.

**Responsibilities**:
Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Melayu & confident. Mandarin is an added advantage

Training is provided to enhance and prepare you.

Preferably 2 years call centre or CS background

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

Good commission

Resolves customer complaints and grievances.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of successful telemarketing experience required.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Tasik Selatan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
