**✨ Jobscope — Spa Therapist (Beauqueen Spa Sepang)**

Spa Therapist bertanggungjawab memberi rawatan yang berkualiti, menjaga SOP dan memastikan pelanggan menerima pengalaman terbaik.

**Tanggungjawab Servis**
- Menjalankan rawatan seperti:

- Full Body Massage (perempuan sahaja)
- Facial
- Footspa
- Sentiasa memastikan setiap rawatan mengikut SOP syarikat.

**Pengalaman Pelanggan**
- Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan profesional.
- Mencadangkan rawatan mengikut masalah kulit/keperluan pelanggan.
- Mewujudkan hubungan baik untuk galakkan repeat customer.
- Menjawab soalan pelanggan dengan yakin dan sopan.

**Operasi Harian**
- Menjaga kebersihan bilik rawatan dan spa keseluruhan.
- Mengurus mesin, alat dan produk dengan betul
- Mengamalkan standard kebersihan, sanitasi dan keselamatan.
- Lapor prestasi harian kepada supervisor/manager.
