This role, reporting to the New Units (NU) Projects EHS Assurance Leader, is to lead and drive the Projects EHS Audit Program and will work primarily with the Gas Power NU EHS Leader, the Pole ITR and Projects EHS Leaders and their execution teams and the Projects Construction & Commissioning (C&C) organization, both at the global level but also closely with Project Site-Based Teams to jointly own and drive the Projects EHS Audits at Gas Power Projects.

Le/La titulaire de ce poste, qui relève du responsable Assurance EHS pour les projets Nouvelles unités (NU), sera chargé(e) de diriger et de superviser le programme d'audit EHS pour les projets et travaillera principalement avec le responsable EHS NU de Gas Power, les responsables ITR du pôle et les responsables EHS projet et leurs équipes d'exécution, et l'organisation Construction et mise en service (C&C) des projets, à la fois au niveau mondial mais également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projet sur site, afin de diriger conjointement les audits EHS dans le cadre des projets Gas Power.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the development and execution of the Project EHS Audit Standard Work driven by the Projects EHS Senior Auditor, covering:

- Pre-audit planning and preparation
- Execution to plan
- Post-audit presentation
- Quarterly audit results/analytics/trends - Global/Pole
- Establish Project EHS Audit KPI to measure performance on the above
- Own and perform EHS audits of Projects and provide direct post-audit support to Project Sites in implementing and sustaining corrective actions - not just fly-in-fly-out approach.
- Support the re-development the Turn-Key Project EHS Audit approach driven by the Projects EHS Senior Auditor.
- Support the EHS Audit Process for EO-EEP (TDI) Project EHS Audits driven by the Projects EHS Senior Auditor.
- Provide EHS leadership, support, and technical guidance to, and build strong relationships with the Project and Site Teams ensuring that the Gas Power EHS Management System (SMS) and Lean Programs (EHS Standard Work(s) and EHS Daily Management) are effectively implemented.
- Develop, implement, and drive specific EHS improvement programs with Project and Site Teams and integrate these into an overall Projects EHS Operational Excellence program covering all project phases.
- In collaboration with the Gas Power EHS Centre of Excellence (COE), support the development and lead the implementation and delivery of the EHS Operational Procedures, Standard Work and Daily Management.
- Support the effective implementation of the Gas Power EHS Framework for Project Organizations, and in particular mentor and guide Element Owners to meet their obligations.
- Support and participate in the Gas Power Partner EHS workshops, improvement programs and relationship enhancement initiatives in cross-functional collaboration.

**What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)**:

- Significant experience in EHS Site and Project Management with direct experience working on Project Sites under different contractual arrangements or substantially similar work.
- English fluency
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. Applicants must be able to meet travel requirements, including ability to obtain required permits/visas in a timely manner permitting work in those countries/locations to which overseas travel is likely to form a significant part of the role as dictated by business needs.
