**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Executive & Administrative Support**
- Providing high-level administrative support, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Processing Director purchases, claims, reimbursements, and expenses including submissions and reports.
- Maintaining an organized filing system with discretion and integrity.
- Providing general administrative support to multi business groups as and when required.
**2. Meeting & Communication Management**
- Organising and coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, agendas, detailed minutes and reports, and follow-up on action items, not limited to coordinating site visits and events.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality while interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, and external parties, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
**3. Research & Reporting**
- Conducting research and compile information as summaries, briefing notes, and/or presentation.
- Gathering key data, reports, and insights from various departments and organize them into clear, actionable summaries for weekly decision-making meetings with the core team.
**Valued Qualities**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Law or equivalent field
- 3 years working experiences as a PA
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent read, write, speak in English, Malay and Chinese is an added advantage for multi business groups’ communications.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Access
- Proactive, independent, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to deliver quality work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
