**Responsibilities**
- Develop construction programs for medium to large-scale projects.
- Prepare Master Work Programme by using **Primavera 6 or Microsoft Project**:

- Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studies.
- Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
- Attend monthly/weekly meeting to present the progress of the project.
- Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research, and analysis.
- Assigns work to professional staff and ensures appropriate training is provided
- Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
- Ensures that the management is kept fully informed about the condition of the agency and about any trends, events, or emerging issues of significance.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): proven management skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations, strong written and oral communication skills, preparation of technical reports, strong interpersonal and public relations skills to work effectively, strong organizational skills, and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- At least 10 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work within Malaysia.
- Previous experience in Project Controls, Planning, EOT Analysis, Claims, and Project Management
- Preferably with prior experience specializing in Engineering - construction, structural or equivalent in rail, data centers, semiconductors or high tech facilities

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
