Job Requirements:

- Malaysian only (18-40 years old)
- No minimum education required
- Able to speak English
- Willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public hours
- **Must have the working experience in fashion/sport retail industry**:

- **Have at least 2 years experience as Supervisor or leading team**

Job Responsibilities:

- Being the second person in charge, supporting the Store Manager on staffing, reporting and inventory matters
- Daily briefing exercise for team by shift
- To assist the Store Manager in supervising the sales operations and achieving the sales target
- Involved with the Visual Merchandising team to guarantee the store is in accordance to the brand guidelines, displays are serving to attract customers to walk in the store
- To provide excellent customer service to customers and attend to customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints
