QA Supervisor

1.0 Ensure that subordinates understand, accept and follow the company policies, rules and regulations (include disciplinary and Safety & Health) 1.1 Verify 2nd grade and scrap glove. Ensure its place in correct plastic and label accordingly. 1.2 Conduct spot check on IPQC/ OQC inspectors and updating QA records. 1.3 Assist in incoming packaging material, WIPs and pre-shipment inspection. 1.4 Maintain cleanliness of IPQA/ OQC section. 1.5 Check all the QC report make correction if necessary. 1.6 Verify the defective gloves, weight, and dimension. 1.7 To ensure the gloves are tested and data entered in accordance to standard procedure. 1.8 Ensure the product inspection and testing are performed efficiently according to documented procedures and work instruction. 1.9 Verify the weighing activities and ensure the glove are weight in accordance to standard procedure. 1.10 To report and investigate on any deviation or nonconformities found during daily inspection. 1.11 Audit the gloves travel card, ensure all data and batch number entered in correct. 1.12 Monitoring sorting and rework activities, ensure that only defective gloves been sorted out. 1.13 Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
