**Responsibilities**:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee air import operations, manage documentation, and work towards achieving departmental KPIs.
- Shipment Management: Track air freight, customs clearance, and trucking using in-house systems (CW1/Sealnet).
- Coordination: Collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth import processes.
- Financial Management: Handle payment requests, prepare payments for agent clearance, manage costing and billing, and ensure timely customer payments.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate document filing.
- Compliance: Adhere to TGF policies, import procedures, and regulatory requirements, and ensure DP screening for all shipments.
**Job Requirement**
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, with 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding preferred; DG certification and forklift license are a plus; advanced English proficiency required.
- **Shipment Management**: Oversee air import operations, manage documentation, and track shipments using in-house systems (CW1/Sealnet).
- **Coordination and Communication**: Work with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth transactions and address customer inquiries promptly.
- **Financial Oversight**: Handle payment requests, manage costing and billing, and ensure timely payments from customers.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to TGF policies, import procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring DP screening for all shipments.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CW1, Customs Declaration Systems (RA/Sealnet/Cargo Declare), and possess a basic understanding of airfreight and Incoterms.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
