**Responsibilities**
- To handle a full set of shipping documentation including invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origins, K2 form and etc
- Liaise with the shipping agents, forwarding agents, freight agents, etc
- Work closely with warehouse/marketing/planning department for timely distributions.
- Monitory of the custom clearance delivery at the origin and final destination.
- Schedule, Plan Logistic schedule ensuring deadlines are met.
- To handle, arrange, coordinate, and monitor all shipping documentation and shipment related matter.
- Provide reports on a timely basis: Pre-costing report, final cost report, Monthly shipment report & any other report may required for time to time.
- To assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be advantage.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
