**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Location: A1-1-07, Solaris Dutamas, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur

1) Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
2) Manage and schedule appointments efficiently
3) Introduce and upsell clinic services and treatment packages based on customer needs
4) Support marketing efforts through content creation, social media updates, and event participation
5) Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty
6) Assist consultants and therapists by communicating treatment plans and service information to clients
7) Maintain customer databases, including treatment history and feedback records
8) Manage front desk duties: greet walk-ins, process payments, and ensure a smooth client experience
9) Collect and report feedback to improve customer experience and services
10) Meet personal and team KPIs for sales, follow-ups, and client service excellence
11) Uphold clinic image through professional communication, grooming, and maintaining a welcoming environment

**Requirements / Preferred Qualities**
1) Friendly and professional in both appearance and communication
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3) Sales-driven and motivated to meet targets
4) Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented
5) Able to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities
6) Experience in beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry is an advantage
