**Job Summary**:
The Facility Technician will assist in all aspects of facility maintenance.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Air compressor maintenance and repair.
- Firefighting system maintenance and repair.
- Main switchboard maintenance and maintaining preventative maintenance schedule.
- HVAC checks and schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Order supplies for all facility maintenance items.
- Plumbing repair.
- Repair floors, replace lights, and ceiling tiles.
- Perform general repairs and painting when needed.
- Maintain parts inventory.
- Schedule outside contractors when needed for repairs and modifications.
- Required to meet deadlines.
- Other duties that may be assigned.

**Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Qualifications**:

- Able to understand electrical ladder diagram and wiring diagram.
- Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to repair and trouble shoot equipment.
- Able to work independently.
- Be well organized and pay close attention to detail.
- Have experience working with computers.
- Be available for overtime work when needed.
- Language: Must speak and write English well.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Two years of facilities maintenance or general repair experience.
- Prefer have wireman certificate (PW1 - PW4).

**Education**:

- Minimum Required Education: Diploma

**Physical requirements/Work Environment**
- Willing and able to work around toxic materials and gases.
- Willing and able to wear Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA), and respirators.
- Able to lift at least 20kg.
- Able to climb ladders.
- Able to shovel and operate power equipment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- PW1 - PW4 (preferred)
