**Key Responsibilities (Detailed)**

**1. Branding & Visual Identity**
- Develop and maintain the **brand’s visual identity** across all marketing materials (social media, menus, packaging, event signage, etc.).
- Ensure all designs are consistent with **Kunafa Aiwahh’s theme** — modern yet inspired by **Middle Eastern culture** (colors, patterns, motifs).
- Update and refine brand assets (logo usage, color palette, typography, templates).
- Create brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visuals across internal and external use.

**2. Social Media & Digital Design**
- Design **daily/weekly social media content**: posts, stories, highlight covers, and short motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create digital banners, advertisements, and visuals for paid campaigns or event promotions.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan and design **monthly content calendars**.
- Optimize designs for different digital formats (mobile, tablet, screen display).

**3. Event Branding & Collateral**
- Conceptualize and design **event themes** — from visual moodboards to finalized artwork.
- Produce event-related materials such as:

- Backdrops and stage banners
- Directional signage and booth branding
- Food labels, table tags, and menu boards
- Name tags, wristbands, or event tickets
- Ensure fast and high-quality output to meet **weekly event schedules**.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for accurate production and delivery.

**4. Photography & Videography Support**
- Support the marketing team in **capturing photo and video content** during events, setups, and behind-the-scenes.
- Edit event highlight photos or short video clips for social media.
- Design post-event visuals (e.g., recap posters, thank-you posts).
- Maintain and organize a library of brand photos, icons, and design assets.

**5. Creative Concept Development**
- Work closely with the marketing and event team to **brainstorm creative ideas** for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events (e.g., Ramadan, cultural festivals).
- Transform marketing briefs into visually engaging concepts that tell the **Kunafa Aiwahh story**.
- Suggest new design trends, typography styles, and visual approaches suitable for the brand.

**6. Time & Task Management**
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
- Prioritize urgent event materials while maintaining design quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of all visuals according to marketing and event timelines.

**7. Collaboration & Communication**
- Collaborate with:

- **Marketing team** - for social media campaigns and promotions.
- **Event team** - for setup layouts and on-site branding.
- **Kitchen & Product team** - for packaging and menu designs.
- Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and suggest improvements or creative alternatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience (event/food industry preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut).
- Strong sense of creativity, color, typography, and layout.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent event timelines.
- Interest or familiarity with **Arabic/Middle Eastern culture** is a plus.
- Willing to work evenings/weekends occasionally for events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
