**Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote interpretation services for medical appointments, consultations, procedures, and discussions between healthcare professionals and patients.
- Interpret accurately and impartially, conveying messages clearly and effectively while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Assist with scheduling interpreter services for upcoming appointments and coordinating interpreter availability with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and the provision of culturally competent care.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement: SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Strong command of **Mandarin/Cantonese and English** in both verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,700.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
