Osh Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA), Factories and Machinery Act 1967, and other relevant legislation as per DOSH guidelines.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and ensure all workers comply with safety regulations.
- **Risk Assessment**: Assist in conducting risk assessments and recommend appropriate safety measures to mitigate potential hazards on-site.
- **Safety Documentation**: Maintain and update all safety-related documentation such as inspection records, incident reports, and safety audits.
- **Toolbox Meetings**: Organize and lead daily and weekly toolbox meetings to communicate safety guidelines and updates to workers.
- **Incident Reporting**: Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- **Safety Trainings**: Provide safety training and briefings to site workers on safe working practices and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
- **Coordination with DOSH**: Liaise with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with legal safety standards.
- **Promote a Safety Culture**: Foster a proactive safety culture by encouraging safe work practices and a positive attitude towards safety among all workers.

**Requirements**:

- **DOSH Certification**: Must possess a valid **Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Certificate** **/ OSH-C** from DOSH.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Malaysia’s Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulations, including OSHA 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
