**Scope**:
This position involves project management including project coordination with the team, schedule planning, problem solving with team, cost awareness as well as to delivery.

**Key Job Authority**:
1. Authority to select vendors for projects/programs based on capability, price, delivery and quality.

**Key Job Accountability**

1. Responsible for meeting customer quality, delivery and cost expectations.

2. Responsible for vendor’s performance

3. Responsible for Cost & Profit margin

4. Responsible for scheduling.

5. Responsible for ensuring that Quotes and Routing are properly entered into JobBoss.

6. Responsible for the upkeeping of the program management of Fourté International.

7. Responsible for all aspects of managing projects/programs.

**Job Functions**

1. Coordinate with GSM to get good supplier/vendor in AVL list for a new project/program

2. To review customer specification and determine the processes.

3. Fill up and keep up to date Project Tracking in Smart Sheet for major programs.

4. Provide Gantt chart in Smart Sheet for the entire project/program.

5. Compile costing for entire project, from tooling, piece part, standard component, machining, assembly, packaging and shipping.

6. To invite for design review meeting for DFM on product, tooling and etc.

7. Feedback/escalate to superior/top management if a major issue/delay of project schedule is encountered.

8. Keep the customer up to date on program delivery

9. Identify and access risk that jeopardize their programs and disseminate issues through chain of command

10. To assemble the program/project team.

**Education/Training/Experience**:
1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Possess at least five years’ of work experience in the field of mechanical engineering.

3. Hands-on experience in basic design in a mechanical -related industry.

4. Hands-on experience in manufacturing within a mechanical -related industry.

5. Work experience in the mechanical component industry (machining, plastic, etc.)

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**

1. Good knowledge in drawing and process interpretation.

2. Proficient in Program Management System.

1. Approachable character even under pressure

2. Have excellent work ethics

3. Timely in completing tasks assigned

4. A conceptual and logical thinker

**Travelling Requirements**

Travelling is not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,641.99 - RM7,000.00 per month
