**Job description**
- Responsible for the warehouse materials entry check, goods receiving, and system order recording.
- Responsible for warehouse material outbound verification, material release, system order recording, and data reporting.
- Responsible for warehouse capacity planning, material arrangement, standardized protection, and stock security.
- Receive incoming materials and products, verifying accuracy against the listing, Inspect received items for damages and discrepancies, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel, as well the stock return.
- Responsible for incoming production space parts, and returns.
- Responsible for the daily receipt and delivery of materials.
- Responsible for self-inventory of the warehouse, cooperating with the factory in random inventory and inventory work to ensure the accuracy of the data.
- Responsible for cooperating in completing various inspections and audits of the warehouse.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting training on safe handling procedures, and promptly addressing any safety hazards.
- Maintain the store in clean, neat, safe & in an organized manner.

Job requirements:

- Possess at least minimum education qualification of SPM.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of stock system or Excel is preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to drive forklifts and reach trucks, operate hand pallets and others warehouse equipment.
- Able to converse and write in, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
