**Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement age-appropriate and creative lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and organized classroom environment that promotes active participation and exploration.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the curriculum, incorporating best practices in early childhood education.
- **Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to monitor the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Communication**: Foster effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's achievements, challenges, and overall well-being.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum qualification of KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata), ECE (Early Childhood Education), TELSO (Teaching English in Schools and Other Languages), or Montessori education.
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing effective lesson plans for playgroup-aged children. (At least 2-3 year of experiences in teaching in aged of 1-3 years old children)
- **Passion for Early Childhood Education**: A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their overall development.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to create a positive learning environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the classroom and curriculum.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
