To ensure that every project is executed effectively and delivered as designed in the 3D rendering, within the required timeline.
- Ability to produce high-standard layout drawings, detailed drawings, 3D perspectives, renderings, and post-rendering adjustments.
- Planning and assisting with on-site projects, including providing methods/solutions to subcontractors to replicate designs as proposed in the 3D renderings.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate well with on-site supervisors and the procurement team.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- At least **2 years** of working experience in interior design.
- Proficient in using **3DsMax** and **AutoCAD**:

- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and remain flexible.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and be prepared to address site issues at all times.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Able to work independently and also a team player.
- High emotional intelligence with a focus on work execution and delivery
