**Position**: Marketing Executive

**Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500
**Location**: Damansara Uptown
**Working Days/Time**: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Job Summary**

This dynamic role is designed to support the company's marketing initiatives across various channels. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Execute specific marketing campaigns and projects within the overall marketing plan.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis, and utilize findings to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data to identify trends, and recommend adjustments to strategies based on data insights.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows, supporting logístical and operational aspects for successful execution.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and consistent messaging.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to digital marketing tactics and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of creating clear and persuasive content.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships across teams and external partners.
- Optional (but advantageous): Experience with digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite), marketing automation tools, CRM software, or creative skills in graphic design or video editing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
