- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Doc, Sheet etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior.
- Ability to work independently.

**Responsibility**
- Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs
- File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
- Completing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted within time limits.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Keep information confidential.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- **Meet the above requirements, and be able to work at 9:00am - 6:00pm**
