**What You’ll Do**

As a **Maths Teacher in the Special Needs Unit (SPDU)**, you will play a key role in developing students’ numeracy skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Engaging Lessons**: Plan and deliver structured, hands on, and interactive Mathematics lessons tailored to students’ individual learning needs and abilities.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Adapt teaching strategies, materials, and assessments to support diverse learners.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Teach and assess students in line with ADNI’s curriculum and SPDU learning frameworks.
- **Individualised Support**: Provide additional guidance and intervention to help students grasp mathematical concepts at their own pace.
- **Skill Development**: Support students in developing functional numeracy, reasoning, and daily life maths skills.
- **Monitoring Progress**: Observe, document, and report students’ progress in accordance with school and SPDU guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with SPDU teachers, coordinators, specialists, and parents to support each student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP).

**What You’ll Bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification or equivalent certification.
- **Experience working with special needs students is highly preferred.**:
