**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. To ensure the bar operation (opening, closing, service and security) is operated in line with procedures and any other written and verbal communications.

2. Advance planning of Bar activities and stock for a week or month ahead.

3. Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant.

4. Creative mind on creating Cocktails and proposing new menus.

5. Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.

6. Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.

7. Ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organisational and quality requirements.

8. Assist with general bar tender duties to include taking and making reservations, taking and serving order, clearing and preparing tables bar area and bar storage, prepare the bill and taking payment.

9. Understand the ingredients of cocktails and other drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries etc and to assist and help train other team members.

10. Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.

11. Support the overall Restaurant operation (such as serving food etc.)

12. Any ad-hoc task assigns by Restaurant Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. One year’s experience as a Bar Supervisor

2. Possess good customer service skills.

3. Experience of supervising staff and ability to lead and motivate a team

4. Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
